Eco-Energy Evaluations

COMING VERY SOON!!

Our Nook 'n' Cranny Home Inspector is in the process of becoming a Natural Resources of Canada licensed Energy Advisor able to perform the EcoEnergy Evaluations for existing homes.

The energy evaluation (Energy audit) is conducted to evaluate the energy use in the home, and more importantly, identify areas where systems or equipment can be improved to provide better comfort, indoor air quality, increased durability and resale value.

BONUS: At present, the Federal (Canada) and Provincial (Ontario) governments are offering rebate grants for the recommended improvements you make. Please see the rebate guide link below.
