It was a pleasure meeting you on Wednesday night with Karen and Kevin.

I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with you. During the inspection you were very positive. Even when there was no water flow in the bathroom, you continued to stay positive and came up with helpful idea's on how easy it would be to fix the problem, especially since they were going to replace the entire bathroom anyway. My client was a little apprehensive about the purchase and yet, even with the lead pipe issue, that really concerned her, you gave a fabulous explanation and was very calm about the issue and I believe brought a sense of relief.

As I read through your report I again was impressed with your work. The pictures with the colour lines and circles outlining everything was so helpful. Your camera takes great , clear, close up pictures. I have worked with quite a few other home inspectors and you by far are the best one yet. I definitely will recommend you to my buyers.
