Upgrade your home inspection to include full thermal image scanning. Using a thermal image camera, your inspector will scan the walls, floor, ceiling, electrical, windows and doors, providing you with even more information than a standard home inspection can.

Thermal imaging inspections can be ordered as a stand-alone inspection to investigate air or moisture entry into a building. The fee is $139/hr. A 2 hour min. applies.

* Single component inspections: Sometimes all you want is the roof, or the structure checked out. We understand that and charge $129 for a single component inspection. Additional components inspected during that visit cost $45. Each.
