Multi-dwelling inspections:

A specialized inspection, taking into account the needs of each unit seperately and still looking at the overall effect each unit wil have on the other and the building as a whole. The inspection also takes into consideration some liability issues for the investor and the potential safety of their tennants.

All multi-dwelling inspections include a basic infrared scan of select areas. I recommend adding a full IR inspection in addition to your building inspection for the ultimate analysis possible.

Add $30.00 for each additional item inspected: Attic - Basement - Crawlspace - Furnace or Boiler - Air conditioner - Electric panel. 

All fees are subject to 5% GST.

Please note: Beyond 4 units, or if the building is used for any purpose other than housing; The inspection is classified as a commercial inspection and a different agreement and rate structure may apply. Please contact us for further information.
