EcoENERGY Retrofit – Homes Program.
The ecoENERGY Retrofit – Homes program provides grants up to $5,000 to help homeowners make their homes more energy-efficient and reduce the burden of high energy costs. The Government of Canada has renewed the program from June 6, 2011, until March 31, 2012.

Single component inspections
* Single item inspections. Sometimes the need arises just to have one item in the home inspected, such as such as 'just the attic' or to inspect an electrical panel upgrade for insurance purposes. We also include thermal imaging for water or air leakage detection.
The fee for any single item or purpose is $140.00
Additional items inspected at this time are an additional $25. per item.
So if you wanted the roof and attic inspected for example, the fee is $140 plus $25 = $165.
