As first time home buyers we were very concerned with the caliber of home inspection work offered by a great number of home inspectors. We wanted to be sure to make a prudent and wise choice in our selection that would potentially save us time and duress in regards to any future "surprises" that our first home might have. We were first introduced to Darren at the Hamilton Home Show and later visited his website to learn more about his services provided. His website included many informative video clips, certifications, and a personal history and commitment to home inspection work. This is what we were looking for - someone knowledgeable, credible and capable of answering all of our questions no matter how trivial they might seem. He spent over 2 ½ hours with us during the inspection and another hour the following day going over details of our inspection summary.
