What is Inspected
As a Certified Professional Home Inspector, I have the knowledge and experience to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-invasive visual inspection of your home; from roof to foundation.
Outside the home, I will inspect the exterior walls, roof, driveway, walkways, deck etc. I will then move inside beginning with the basement to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows, heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.

**Some items are above and beyond a typical home inspection and if requested, gladly inspected, however, additional fees will apply. Such items include, but are not limited to: Outer buildings on farms such as barns, sties, silos and pens. Garages over 400 square feet, any shed or workshop.
